Jake Hill Locks In Exciting International Racing Plans For 2026 Season

Jake Hill will continue to build his burgeoning career in sports cars this year after announcing that he will contest a number of high-profile programmes throughout the forthcoming 2026 season.

The 32-year-old – who joined Fewkes Huff Management’s competitive athlete roster towards the end of last year – is brimming with excitement as he looks to make his mark on the international stage.

After spending more than a decade competing in the British Touring Car Championship – ultimately winning the coveted title in 2024 – Hill bolstered his racing programme last year by joining Era Motorsport in the Michelin 24H Series, as they made a first foray into GT3 competition.

Driving a Ferrari 296 GT3, the second-generation racer helped guide the team to a maiden podium at Mugello, whilst also playing a pivotal role in the squad achieving a top-three finish in the GT3 Pro-Am Class standings.

Set to embark on what will be his first full season in the category, he will remain with Era Motorsport this year as he chases more silverware alongside Le Mans and multiple Daytona 24 Hour winner Ryan Dalziel, historic racing specialist Oliver Bryant and American driver Dwight Merriman.

Before commencing the 24H Series season on March 21-22, Hill will first head to the world-famous Nürburgring this weekend (March 13-14) for the opening round of the ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie.

There, the British driver will join forces with Lionspeed to focus on qualifying for his Nürburgring ‘DMSB’ Grade A Permit, which will enable him to compete in GT3 races across the remaining NLS events, plus the legendary Nürburgring 24-Hour contest in May.

Hill has highlighted his desire to contest other prestigious GT3 events such as the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps too, although these remain schedule permitting.

Elsewhere, Hill will continue his passion for Historic Racing over the course of the year by making appearances at the BRDC Silverstone Classic in July and potentially the Spa 6 Hours. He is working towards featuring at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the summer too.

Jake Hill: “I’m absolutely delighted to be able to reveal my racing plans for the coming season. After ten or so years racing touring cars, this feels like a fresh start for myself and I couldn’t be more excited to get started.

“I had an incredible time with Era Motorsport last year, so to be able to build on the lessons that were learnt and apply them into a full 24H European Series season is brilliant. With the team we’ve assembled, I’m confident we can achieve some great results together.

“To also be able to race at the Nürburgring will be a dream come true and I’m relishing the prospect of qualifying for my circuit permit. Adding some other special GT3 events, in addition to all my historic racing, will make it a year to remember. Bring it on!”

Will Fewkes, Fewkes Huff Management Co-Founder: “Since Jake joined Fewkes Huff Management we’ve been working closely with him to tailor a series of programmes that are best-suited to what he wants to ultimately achieve.

“Having the continuity of remaining with Era Motorsport for a full season in the 24H European Series is fantastic, and we’ve been able to build out from there with things like the Nürburgring and potentially the Spa 24-Hours. It promises to be a great year and we’re all very excited.”

Rob Huff, Fewkes Huff Management Co-Founder: “This year promises to be a breakout year for Jake and I’ve no doubt that he will make the most of every opportunity that he has ahead of him.

“It takes a certain driving style to get the most out of GT3 cars, but as Jake demonstrated last season, he possesses all the talent to thrive in these sort of machines and has a very professional approach. The season ahead has all the makings of being a successful one.”
